Supreme Court backs racial profiling by ICE

Victor Fernandez reports from Los Angeles on the recent Supreme Court ruling which codifies ICE’s unfettered racism -- and opens the door for profiling by law enforcement elsewhere in conjunction with the Trump administration’s attacks on civil rights.
