From the Nakba in 1948 to the continued assault and displacement of Palestinians today, Palestinians have endured the brutal occupation forces of Israel, funded by U.S. dollars, and fueled by the imperialist aims in the Middle East. The continued Nakba and renewed brutality in Gaza has ignited a renewed resistance across the West Bank, Gaza, and territories taken by Israel in 1948. It has also brought about a new wave of international solidarity and support of Palestinians in struggle against Israeli oppression.
